We're two brothers building Ojamafy from scratch. There are no formal roles to post and no hiring funnel to point you at. Every future hire here will start as a real conversation with the founders, and we'd rather be honest about that than dress it up.
Here's what we won't do: ask you for a generic cover letter and a one-size-fits-all resume. Spray-and-pray applications are the exact thing Ojamafy exists to kill, and we'd be hypocrites to ask for one. So the application process is the product. Use Ojamafy to apply to Ojamafy.
